FOGI freezes you. FOMO pushes you. Neither is a plan.

Discipline is deciding what risk you can actually live with, then sizing the position to match it. Once your allocation reflects your real tolerance, both fears lose much of their grip.

Perfect conditions rarely exist. Waiting for them is often just another decision to stay on the sidelines.

I'm sure many people are experiencing Fear of Getting In (FOGI) on Bitcoin right now as it crashes to new bear market lows. Extreme volatility makes both FOMO and FOGI more challenging.
